Can someone without an account view a report?
Yes. Anyone with an active report link can read it without a Cleotic account. The report is read-only. Share the link with your intended audience, since recipients can forward it.
Can I revoke a shared link?
Yes. Revoke the report to stop access for everyone with the link, including people it was forwarded to. You can create another report when you need to share the results again.
Can I use my own branding?
White-label reports are available on Custom. Reports on other plans use Cleotic branding. Compare plans if your agency or team needs reports under its own name.
What can I export on each plan?
Business includes CSV export. Enterprise and Custom include CSV and PDF. Starter supports shared report links without file export. Exports are limited to the selected scope and the history available on your plan.
What does connecting ChatGPT or Claude do?
It lets the assistant read your authorised Cleotic results so you can ask about them in plain language. For example, ask which answer gaps opened this month or how a brand's visibility changed. The connection setup is covered in the documentation.
Can a connected assistant change my account?
No. The connection is read-only. It cannot add brands, edit questions, change competitors or delete data. Make those changes in Cleotic.
