How a brand fits together
A brand belongs to an organisation. Its primary brand and competitors define who you track; its segments define the models and schedules for groups of prompts. Captured responses supply the evidence for visibility, recommendations, sentiment, and citations.
Studies use the same views for research set up with the Cleotic team. See Brands and studies.
Start on Performance, then work the ranked gaps in Opportunities or inspect Answers, Perception, AI citations, and AI traffic. Content Studio helps you create content, send CMS drafts and track publication, Site readiness checks your website, and Reports shares the evidence. Configure these in Brand settings.
Website tracking is a separate installation. You can collect prompt responses and citations before connecting your site.
