Team management

Open People & access to manage organisation membership and team groups. Sharing a brand is a separate step from inviting someone into the organisation.

Roles

RoleAccess and responsibilities
OwnerAdmin access, plus organisation ownership transfer and deletion
AdminOrganisation and team administration, including member invitations and roles
MemberWork on brands they own or that are shared with them

Owners and admins can access all brands and studies. Other members need ownership or explicit access through a person or team grant.

Invite a teammate

  1. Open People & access -> People.
  2. Choose Invite people, enter one or more emails, and choose Member or Admin. Owners and admins can send invitations.
  3. Review pending invitations and revoke any that are no longer needed.
  4. Once the invitee joins, open Brand settings -> Brand access and share the brand with them or their team.

The directory refreshes in the background. Failed invitations remain in the form so you can retry them without resending successful invitations.

Share with a team

Owners and admins can create a group from People & access -> Teams and add existing organisation members. Share the brand with that team from Brand settings -> Brand access.

Team membership and brand sharing work together. Creating a team alone does not grant access to a brand.

Change roles or remove access

Owners and admins can change eligible members' roles or remove them from the organisation. The owner cannot be demoted or removed through ordinary member actions.

To remove access to one brand, review its people and team grants. A person may still have access through another team, brand ownership, or their organisation role.

Transfer organisation ownership

Only the current owner can transfer ownership. In People & access -> People, open the intended person and choose Transfer ownership, enter their email to confirm, and complete the transfer. The new owner takes over, and the previous owner becomes an admin.

Organisation ownership and brand ownership are separate. Use Brand access for brand-specific changes.

Invite or share a report

Invite someone when they need to work inside Cleotic. Share a report when they only need a read-only snapshot. Anyone with an active public report link can view it without joining the organisation.
