Quick start

Create a brand, collect your first answers, and use the evidence to decide what to do next. You will need your brand name, website domain, and a few questions your customers ask.

  1. Go to Cleotic and click Get Started or Sign Up.
  2. Follow the sign-in options shown for your account.
  3. If prompted, create or name your organisation and complete terms acceptance.

Open Brands after workspace setup is complete. If you joined an existing organisation, check that it is selected in the sidebar.

Create your first brand

From Brands, click Create brand and choose a setup path.

  1. Name the brand and confirm its market.
  2. Open the new brand. Content Studio works straight away.
  3. Add competitors, segments, prompts, and tracking when you are ready.

To configure everything yourself later, choose Create empty scope.

Check your first answers

Open Answers -> Prompts, choose a prompt, and read the captured answers. Check the model and capture time, then inspect brand mentions, recommendations, and citations where available.

Answers -> Mentions is the default Answers view. It shows primary-brand mentions; an empty feed does not necessarily mean collection failed. Responses that omit your brand are still available under Prompts.

If data is missing, confirm that the brand, segment, and prompts are active and that your date range includes the run. AI analysis may finish after the response text. See Troubleshooting missing data.

Follow the brand workflow

  1. Read Performance for visibility, share of voice, recommendations, and movement.
  2. Work the top items in Opportunities. Content gaps start briefs in Content Studio.
  3. Inspect Answers and Perception for supporting responses and brand language.
  4. Open AI citations. Connect website tracking separately if you want AI traffic evidence.
  5. Run Site readiness to check your primary brand's website.
  6. Create a Report when you want to share the evidence.

Return to Brand settings to change competitors, segments, default tone, sentiment schedules, tracking, or access. Check Plans and usage before adding more resources or generating content.
