Tracking visibility targets

Use a baseline and a consistent set of questions to track a visibility target. Cleotic does not currently have a separate goal-management screen.

Set a useful target

Choose a brand, segment, metric, and comparison period. For example: improve mention rate for your existing UK buyer questions over the next month.

Record the starting result and the planned content changes. Keep prompt wording and model selection consistent so later results are comparable.

Review progress

Use Performance and visibility trends to compare periods. Open the underlying answers when the score changes, and check whether new citations or recommendations support the change.

Content Studio tracks briefs, CMS deliveries and observed publication status. Use the publication dates to inform your review period, then inspect later answers and AI traffic. These views provide separate evidence; they do not attribute a visibility change to an individual article.

Create a report when you want to share the evidence with stakeholders.
